A lot of agencies publish nine near-identical city pages with the name swapped. It does not help the reader and increasingly it does not help ranking either — search and AI systems are good at spotting it.
Parkland is a low-density residential market where almost every provider is a service-area business. Coral Springs is a crowded commercial corridor where the map pack is the whole game. Palm Beach is seasonal and referral-led. Miami is the hardest market in the region and needs neighbourhood targeting rather than a citywide blob. Those are genuinely different jobs, so they get genuinely different pages.
