AI disclosure
Where AI does the work,
and where a person does.
We build with AI and we say so. This page sets out where it is used, what a person is still accountable for, what we will not use it for at all, and how to ask for a human instead.
Effective 10 September 2026
The short version
Sun Coast Digital is an AI-native agency. Artificial intelligence is used in building and running what we deliver, and that is the reason the pricing works the way it does, we do in four hours what a legacy shop bills forty for, and the saving goes to the client.
Three rules govern all of it. An automated system that speaks or writes to a person always identifies itself as automated. A named human is accountable for everything we publish and everything we ship. And nothing is generated and passed off as measured, verified or independently sourced when it is not.
Where we use it
Websites and content. Drafting, restructuring and editing copy; generating code; producing alternative text; summarising and marking up content so search and AI answer engines can read it. A person reviews and signs off every page before it goes live.
Generative Engine Optimization. Testing how AI assistants describe a business, and structuring content and schema so they describe it accurately. We query these systems; we do not control what they answer.
Paid advertising. Creative variants, audience testing and budget pacing use the advertising platforms’ own automated tools alongside ours. The strategy and the spending limits are set by a person.
Social media. Drafting captions, scheduling, resizing and cutting video. Posts are reviewed before publication.
Property video. Editing, cutting and captioning. The footage is real footage of a real property; nothing in a walkthrough video is generated.
Automated systems say what they are
Where an automated system speaks or writes to a member of the public on our behalf or on a client’s behalf, it identifies itself as automated. We do not build systems that impersonate a named person.
If you are ever unsure whether you are talking to a person, ask. The honest answer is the only answer either we or a system we built will give you.
- Automated email identifies the business it is sent for and carries an opt-out.
- A request to speak to a human is honoured, not deflected.
- No system we build claims a name, a job title or a personal history it does not have.
What we do not use AI for
- Writing, scripting, inventing or incentivising a review. Every review on this site is the genuine, unedited words of the person who left it.
- Producing traffic, ranking, conversion or revenue figures. We publish none that have not been independently measured and verified, and where a client’s own platform reports a number we publish it with its source and measurement window attached.
- Generating a likeness, voice or quotation of a real person, a client, a founder or anyone else, without their explicit agreement.
- Making medical, legal, financial or health claims on a client’s behalf.
- Fabricating credentials, certifications, partnerships or endorsements.
- Deciding anything about a person that carries a legal or similarly significant effect. Lead scoring ranks business fit for a sales call; it is not a decision about anyone.
Generated images and audio
Where an image, video or voice used in something we deliver was generated rather than photographed or recorded, it is labelled as an illustration and it does not claim to depict a real place, job or person.
On this site and on client sites we prefer the client’s own photography, and we will say plainly when a placeholder is standing in for a photograph that has not been taken yet.
Your information and third-party AI systems
Delivering this work means some content passes through third-party AI providers. What goes to them is the business and marketing material needed to do the job, copy, briefs, page content, prospect research.
We do not put client financial records, passwords, card numbers, government identification or health information into an AI system. If a client’s work involves material of that kind, it is handled outside those tools and we will say so in writing.
Personal information you send us through this website is handled as set out in our privacy policy, which names every service a form submission passes through.
Accuracy, and who is responsible
AI systems produce confident text that is sometimes wrong. That is a known property of the tools, not an excuse, so everything factual we publish is checked by a person against a source before it ships, prices, dates, service areas, entity details and anything attributed to a third party.
Sun Coast Digital Media LLC is responsible for what it publishes and what it ships, whether a person or a system produced the first draft. If you find something wrong on a page we built, tell us and we will correct it.
Asking for a human, and opting out
You can ask at any time to deal with a person rather than an automated system, or to be removed from any automated outreach. Neither request costs anything and neither needs a reason.
Email suncoastdigitalfl@gmail.com or call or text (954) 952-3611.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Where a change materially affects how AI is used in work we are already doing for a client, we tell that client rather than only editing this page.
Rather deal with
a person?
Call or text (954) 952-3611. A human answers, and you can ask us to keep automation out of your account entirely.
