What we collect,
and what happens to it.

What we collect, and only when you hand it to us

This site has four forms. Nothing on it collects personal information any other way, there is no tracking pixel and no advertising tag. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views in aggregate; it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you to other websites.

The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your business, phone number, city and a message. The booking form asks for your name, email and the slot you want, and optionally your business, phone number and what you would like to cover. The lead list request form asks for your name, business, email, what you sell and who buys it, and optionally your phone number, an area and any businesses to skip or include. The Pulse waitlist asks for an email address and nothing else.

Fields marked optional are genuinely optional. If you leave the phone number blank the form still submits, and we will reply by email.

Our web host, Cloudflare, records the IP address of every request as part of running and protecting the site. That is ordinary server logging, we do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything you type into a form.

Why we have it

To answer you. That is the whole purpose. A form submission becomes an email to our inbox and a reply from a person, usually the same business day.

A booking request is checked against our diary by a person, and we confirm the time with you by email.

A lead list request is used to build and deliver your list: what you sell and who buys it becomes the standing order for the businesses we compile each month, and the email address is where the list is sent.

We keep submissions so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, and so we have a record of what was asked for and agreed. We do not sell personal information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Where it actually goes

A form submission is sent from your browser to FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, which delivers it to our inbox. The services below each process it only to deliver it to us.

• CloudflareHosts the site, serves it, and runs the bot check on the forms. Processes your IP address.
• FormSubmitReceives what you type into a form and emails it to us. It processes your submission and your IP address to deliver the message and filter spam.
• GoogleGmail is where the resulting email is received and kept. Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views for us, in aggregate and without cookies. That is the complete list. No advertising network, no data broker, and no third party that receives your details for its own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

One item is stored in your browser: a value called scd-intro, kept in session storage, which remembers that the opening animation has already played so you do not see it on every page. It contains no identifier, it is not sent to any server, and your browser discards it when you close the tab.

Cloudflare may set a security cookie as part of the bot check on the forms, and Google may set cookies of its own if you follow a link to a Google service. Those are governed by their policies, not ours.

Do Not Track: this site does not track you across other websites, so there is no cross-site tracking for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We honor it by not doing the thing in the first place. We do not permit any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different sites through this one.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and bookings are kept while the conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need the record afterwards, for example to honor a quoted price or to answer a question about work we did.

We are a small business, not an archive. If you would rather we did not keep your details, ask and we will delete them.

Asking to see, correct or delete your details

Email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us or call (954) 952-3611 and tell us what you want. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We will answer within a reasonable time and will not charge you for it. We may need to confirm you are the person the details belong to before we act, which usually means replying from the address you used.

These are choices we offer everyone who contacts us, regardless of where they live, rather than a right that depends on your state.

If your business appears on a lead list

The lead lists we deliver to subscribers are compiled from publicly available business listings and Florida public records. Each row is a business name, street address, published business phone number and Google rating. We do not collect owners’ personal email addresses, mobile numbers or home addresses, and we do not scrape social networks.

If you run a business, especially a sole proprietorship where the business listing is effectively you, and you do not want to appear on lists we compile, email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us with the business name and phone number. We add it to a suppression list and it is removed from every list we deliver from that point on. This is free and we do not ask why.

Subscribers receive lists for their own outreach only. They may not resell or redistribute them, and they are responsible for following telemarketing, do-not-call and commercial email laws when they make contact.

How it is protected

Every page and every form submission is encrypted in transit. Each form carries a hidden honeypot field and a bot check, and FormSubmit filters spam on its side before the message reaches our inbox. We are between form pipelines at the moment: the bot check is not verified on our server and there is no rate limit on the relay, so we are saying so here rather than claiming a control we do not have.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government ID numbers or health information through a form on this site. We never ask for them, and a contact form is the wrong place for them. If a message ever asks you to send those to us, treat it as a fake and call us on the number above.

No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Children

This site sells services to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it, and the previous version is in the site’s version history. Where a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we will say so on this page rather than quietly editing it.
