We resisted adding case studies with numbers. The engagements are confidential and the results belong to the clients, so inventing a “+42% pipeline” tile would have been both false and, to this audience, obviously false. The credibility comes from specificity about the career instead.
The site leads with the consultancy and lets the founder section carry the personality, rather than the other way round. A personal-brand-first structure would have made the practice look smaller than it is.
It is built as a fast, static, mobile-first site engineered for Core Web Vitals, with structured data describing the practice and its service lines, so both search engines and AI assistants can read what Decades does and who it is for without guessing.
On results. The site is live at decadessalespartners.com. We are not publishing traffic or conversion figures for it, the engagement was a design and build, the measurement window belongs to the client, and we do not publish numbers we have not independently verified.
We would rather publish a case study with no numbers than one with numbers we cannot stand behind. If you want figures from a prospective agency, ask how they were measured and over what window, the answer is usually more revealing than the figure.
