What exactly is a lead?
One row in a spreadsheet: a real South Florida business with its name, street address, published phone number and current Google rating. If a row has no phone number it is not counted.
Where does the data come from?
Publicly available business listings and Florida public records, the same sources a person could look up by hand. We compile, check and de-duplicate them so you do not have to.
How fast is the first list?
Within 48 hours of signup, by email, as a spreadsheet. Every list after that arrives monthly.
Can I change who I am targeting?
Yes. Your vertical and area are set at signup and changed any time by replying to the delivery email. The change applies to the next list.
What does it cost?
Subscriptions start from $1,000 a month. The exact number depends on how many rows you want each month and how narrow the target is, and we quote it on a short call before you pay anything.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel by email and the next list simply does not go out.
Do you make the calls for me?
Not as part of this subscription. You get the list; your team does the outreach. If you want the website, social and ads handled too, that is the Growth plan on the pricing page.
